Team says, “Philly Inquirer Features ‘Splice’”

JANUARY 25, 2012

We’ve been hinting at this game for a while now. We even showed off an early version of it at the IGDA Philly Dev Night in November. So if you’ve been wondering what “Splice” is all about, the Philadelphia Inquirer has the scoop. Check out the exposé by Geekadelphia’s Eric Smith in his article A Look At Cipher Prime’s ‘Splice’.

Seems very interesting. It also looks like that your game could work on a tablet or on a smartphone. I'm looking forward this new game with impatience

@sosoran You are right, the basic pick-up and drop mechanic is really well suited to a touch platform! Unfortunately, we're not looking at a tablet/smartphone release just yet, because the hardware required to make the game look good on those platforms just isn't there yet. However...it's definitely something we'll work on if we get enough interest from fans after the initial PC/Mac release!
