Although I've played canabalt a fair bit, I find that it gets repetitive fairly fast. I love the style and music and it's excellent for a game made in a week, though I think it lacks complexity over the long or even medium term like a game of tic-tac-toe that is essentially solved after a few games as opposed to chess.

I also never gave any feedback on auditorium. Whenever I hear the music, I remember just how darn cool it was. Overall it was very enjoyable experience which I come back to now and again.

If you're interested in some constructive criticism I might be able to collect my thoughts on the game sometime. At the moment I'd say the complexity didn't increase so much towards the end. New tools were added, but the tools we were given only changed at 2 points: the introduction of colours and the coloured puzzle pieces.

Regardless I think you did a great job and I'll be keeping an eye out for any more games you make.

Yup... this website is far from dead; how could I ever say such a stupid thing.

Joking aside, Canabalt is a really good game. Simplistic, but that is the essence of it. You can play for quite a long time without getting bored, I guess the only way to stop is after destroying your computer from the frustration it gives missing a jump.

Also, why won't you guys update again? Did you disappear? Won't you ever come back?
